Effect of agreement

When you use this website, this agreement becomes effective and you reaffirm the agreement every time you use the site.

Returns Policy

We check all products for defects before sending, but in the unlikely even that you find defects, you may return it within 30 days after you've received the item we will replace it or offer a refund.

Dispatch & Shipping

We use Australia Post for both local and international shipping. Orders are shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment.

Tax

All prices are inclusive of tax.

Duty and Customs

For customers outside of Australia, we do not take responsibility for any duties required by your authorities for customs clearance. If you are unsure of duty requirements in your region, please check with your local customs authorities.

Privacy

Personally-identifiable information is not collected unless provided voluntarily and knowingly, such as when registering an account and placing an order. Any information you provide us will not be used for any other purpose than processing your order, unless you opt-in to our mailing list in which case we may occasionally inform you of new products and specials.

All customer data (e.g. name, address) is stored offline once retrieved, and deleted when no longer needed. Although we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that your information is secure, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your information.

If you opt-in to out mailing list, your details will be used only to inform you of new products or promotions, and the occasional news item. We will not share these details with any 3rd party.

Reasonable control

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations in cases where the failure was caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.

Applicable law

The laws of Australia shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Australia. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
