What are the shipping costs?

Final shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, and depend on your location and total weight of your items. Shipping fees include all handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. We pack items with care and your items are well-protected.

How long does delivery take?

Is there any tracking?

Yes, we will provide your with a tracking number after your order has been shipped.

Yes. We proudly ship from Australia to around the world.

Do you provide any warranty?

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days from the day that you received the item so we can arrange a refund or replacement.
